Mindful Monday: Prayer


Stressed, anxious, and feeling like you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders?


Neglecting to CULTIVATE SPIRITUAL C.H.I. may result in feelings of helplessness, anxiety, and depression presenting as physical, emotional, and SPIRITUAL illness. We cannot achieve true wellness by addressing only the physical. We must maintain our INTEGRITY by prioritizing our SPIRITUAL health.


What are the rewards of prioritizing our SPIRITUAL health?


Incorporating the practices of PRAYER, gratitude, studying the Word, meditation, observing nature, and breathing will result in a deeper connection to our Creator which will in turn help us to reduce our anxiety regarding things we cannot control. Knowing that God has our best interest at heart in all things results in a more PEACEFUL, joyful, calm, healthy mind, body, and SPIRIT.


Mindful Monday Action Step

This week’s action step is to begin each day with a PRAYER of gratitude.

Give thanks.

Ask for guidance throughout the day.

Intentionally release every worry and concern.

Note each day if feelings of anxiety and fear decrease.

Are feelings of well-being and peace increasing?
